Benefits

NMS offers the following employee benefits:

Medical And Dental Insurance:
Comprehensive medical and dental insurance programs are available through Blue Cross/Blue Shield Blue Care Elect PPO and Delta Dental Premier. Both the company and the employee share medical and dental insurance premiums. NMS pays 80% and the employee pays 20% of the monthly premium. Domestic Partner Benefits are available for medical, dental and life insurance, per IRS regulations.

Reimbursement / Flexible Spending Accounts:
Health Care ($2,500) and Dependent Day Care ($5,000)

Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability:
100% paid

Optional Life Insurance:
Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their children.

401(k):
Employees may participate in the company 401(k) plan and defer up to 50% of their salary on a pre-tax basis. Employees are eligible for the NMS match immediately upon enrolling in the plan.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan:
Employees may purchase NMS stock at 85% of the market value up to 500 shares per plan, twice per year.

Unlimited Tuition Reimbursement:
NMS provides unlimited 100% tuition reimbursement for courses taken by the employee that are related to his/her work.

Holidays:
Twelve paid holidays for 2008

Paid Time Off:
Twenty days per year, which increases with tenure

Employee Assistance Program:
Employees and family members have access to an Employee Assistance Program through the firm of Sobel & Raciti Associates.

Maternity:
Maternity benefits are provided through our short-term disability policy (for childbirth) for a minimum of 8 weeks. Adoptive mothers are eligible for 8 weeks of paid leave at the time of adoption of a new child.

Paternity:
NMS will grant new fathers one week off with pay for the birth of a child. This program is exclusive of regular paid time off.

Adoption Assistance:
NMS will assist employees with the cost of adopting a child, up to $3,000 per child will be reimbursed to cover the cost of adoption expenses. This money is treated as taxable income.
