Customer Notification
Every reasonable effort will be made to directly notify NMS customers of any Open Access product discontinuation via Product Discontinuation Notifications at least twelve 12 months prior to the effective date. Product Discontinuation Notifications will also be posted on the NMS web site.
Product Availability
Discontinued Open Access products will be delivered based upon minimum lot sizes, component availability, and manufacturing lead times for a minimum of twelve 12 months following a Product Discontinuation Notification.
Terms & Conditions
"Last order" and "last ship" dates are specified in the Product Discontinuation Notification. Orders placed for Open Access products after the Product Discontinuation Notification has been issued are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Warranty Support
NMS will provide its standard 18-month warranty repair for discontinued Open Access products and may offer warranty extensions on discontinued products.
