Obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
If you suspect that your product needs repair, then:
For Hardware Products:
- Complete the Hardware RMA Form (included in the Microsoft Excel file, located in the box to the right) and email it to RMA.administrator@Dialogic.com. The RMA Administrator will process the RMA request and email it back to you with an RMA number, along with packing and shipping instructions.
- If you believe your product is out of warranty but you would still like to have it repaired, please follow the above RMA request process. If the warranty has expired on your product, the RMA Administrator will advise you of the cost of repair and the process for submitting a purchase order to pay for the repair.
For Licensed Software Products:
- If you require an RMA for a licensed software product due to a system failure or other reason, please use the License RMA Form ((included in the Microsoft Excel file, located in the box to the right) and email it to RMA.administrator@Dialogic.com. The RMA Administrator will process the RMA request and email it back to you with instructions for obtaining a new license.
