Obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
If you purchased your Open Access or Vision product directly from NMS and you suspect that your product needs repair, then:
- Complete either the Open Access or Vision RMA request form (Microsoft Excel format, located in the box to the right) and email it to RMA.administrator@Dialogic.com. NMS will process the RMA request and email it back to you with an RMA number, along with packing and shipping instructions. If you have multiple products, please complete one form for each product model and NMS will assign one RMA number per product model. For example, if you have a CG 6060 and a CG 6565 that need repair, please complete two RMA request forms; if you have two CG 6060s that need repair, you may complete one RMA request form.
- If you believe your Open Access or Vision product is out of warranty but you would still like to have it repaired, please follow the above RMA request process. If the warranty has expired on your product, the RMA Administrator will advise you of the cost of repair and the process for submitting a purchase order to pay for the repair.
