NMS periodically provides bug fixes for current software releases via service packs. These service packs are generally available to all customers at no additional charge.
When a customer requires an immediate patch for a problem in a specific application, NMS Technical Services offers an A.S.A.P. (Application Specific Advance Patch) service. This service provides a customized patch to the customer in an expedited manner. This customized patch is developed and tested for the customer’s specific circumstances.
