ACU_CONN_RQ

Purpose Request establishment of an outgoing call.

Conn_id A currently unused id.

acu_conn_rq_a_called_nb	Address of the called number (p_data and acu_conn_rq_size must be set first).
acu_conn_rq_a_calling_nb	Calling number (acu_conn_a_called_nb and acu_conn_rq_called_nb_size must be set first).
acu_conn_rq_a_calling_nb2	Second calling number (acu_conn_a_calling_nb and acu_conn_rq_calling_nb_size must be set first).
acu_conn_rq_a_ext_parms	Address to extended parameters.	*ext_descr.address*
acu_conn_rq_a_facility	Address to ISDN facility information (optional) (acu_conn_rq_a_uui and acu_conn_rq_uui_size must be set first).

Note: Address parameters must be set in the order indicated above. If one of them is unused, its size field must be set to 0. The size field must take into account the \0 (end-of-string character).
