1.1 About AG Access

AG Access provides multiple telephony functions on the Natural MicroSystems (NMS) Alliance Generation (AG) family of hardware. AG boards provide a cost-effective platform for a wide range of voice and call processing applications.
The AG Access functions are accessible on two development platforms: The AG Access Software Development Kit The CT Access Software Development Kit

1.1.1 AG Access Applications

The AG Access Software Development Kit is available to develop call and voice processing applications with AG boards. MVIP switching control software is available by using a separate NMS package, SwitchPath.

Installing AG Access loads the device drivers, shared library or dynamic link library, header files, utilities, and demonstration programs necessary for developing AG Access applications.

CT Access is a development environment which groups telephony functions into services. The ADI service provides the functions for call and voice processing applications using AG boards. The Switching service is a component of CT Access which provides MVIP switch control.
