nfxGetLicenseStatus

Description

Retrieves the total number of fax units licensed for the system and the total of active fax license units.

Prototype

DWORD nfxGetLicenseStatus ( CTAHD ctahd,
DWORD *ptr_max_configured,
DWORD *ptr_number_in_use)
ctahd CTA context handle returned by ctaCreateContext.
ptr_max_configured Pointer to the maximum number of fax units authorized for the system.
ptr_number_in_use Pointer to a count of fax units in use.

Return Values

SUCCESS
CTAERR_BAD_ARGUMENTInvalid function argument passed.
CTAERR_INVALID_CTAHDThe specified CTA context handle is invalid.

Details

A system is configured to authorize only a certain number of fax units for online use. nfxGetLicenseStatus returns the number initially configured and the number currently allocated either explicitly by nfxGetLicense or implicitly by use of the send and receive functions.
