3.4 Using User Exception Dictionaries
The following functions control text filtering according to User Exception Dictionaries:

ttsLoadUED
Loads a User Exception Dictionary from a file into memory.
ttsUnloadUED
Unloads a User Exception Dictionary and frees its memory resources.
ttsLinkUED
Links a previously loaded User Exception Dictionary to an active text-to-speech context.
ttsUnlinkUED
Unlinks a User Exception Dictionary.
