Description
- Sets speech pitch on a specific text-to-speech context.

short pitch)
- ctahd CT Access handle returned by ctaCreateContext.
- pitch Speech pitch in Hz.

Details
- This function establishes a new baseline pitch (in Hz) for speech on a specified context. Valid pitch settings range from 50 to 200Hz. A pitch of 50Hz produces a low voice, while 200Hz produces a high pitched voice. The default pitch setting is 85Hz.
Note: You cannot change pitch settings while speech is
paused on the specified context.
