Description

Unloads a User Exception Dictionary (UED) and frees its memory resources.

UEDHD uedhd)
uedhd The User Exception Dictionary handle returned by ttsLoadUED.

Return Values

SUCCESSThe dictionary has been unloaded.
TTSERR_INVALID_UEDHANDLEThe uedhd does not reference a loaded dictionary.
TTSERR_UED_LINKEDThe specified specified UED is linked to an active text-to-speech context and cannot be unloaded.

Details

This function unloads a UED from host memory. A UED cannot be unloaded while any instance of text-to-speech is still linked to it. Use ttsUnlinkUED to unlink any linked text-to-speech contexts before unloading a UED.
