4 Software Removal

4.1 Introduction

This chapter describes how to remove AG ISDN software under Windows NT, UnixWare, SCO Unix, or Solaris operating systems.

4.2 Removing Protocol Stack Software (Windows NT)

Your CT Access or AG Access program group contains at least one Uninstall icon that removes the ISDN product package. If you install more than one country- or region-specific variation of the package, the program group contains one icon for each country/region you installed. However, the icons for countries other than the first only remove the files for that specific country, and leave the package country-independent files intact. For a complete package removal, run all of the removal programs.

To remove a protocol stack software package from a Windows NT system:

  1. Start the Uninstall program:

  2. Follow the prompts that appear.

4.4 Removing Protocol Stack Software (Solaris)

To remove AG ISDN software from a Solaris system:

  1. From a supervisory account, enter pkgrm.

  2. When prompted, select the AG ISDN software package for the specific country you are removing.
