5.1 Introduction

This chapter lists procedures for removing the AG ISDN software under the following operating systems:

· Windows NT 4.0

· UnixWare 2.1.x or UnixWare 7

5.2 Windows NT Software Removal

To remove AG ISDN software from a Windows NT system:

  1. Click Start. Select Settings, and then Control Panel.

    The Control Panel Folder appears.

  2. Double-click on Add/Remove Programs.

    The Add/Remove Programs dialog box appears.

  3. In the list of packages in the dialog box, select Natural MicroSystems AG ISDN.

    To remove all Natural Access products at once, select Natural Microsystems Natural Access.

  4. Click Remove.

    The software is removed from the system.

5.3 UNIX Software Removal

To remove AG ISDN software from a UnixWare, or Solaris system:

  1. From a supervisory account, enter:

       pkgrm AG-ISDN
    
    
    The package is removed from the system.
