DigitalMode

This statement determines how voice and signaling information is routed to and from the E1 or T1 trunk and DSP resources. The switch model for the board changes based on the DigitalMode setting. DigitalMode also determines the default LineCode setting.
The values for DigitalMode are: Value Description CAS Channel associated signaling PRI Primary rate ISDN RAW Primary rate ISDN with no signaling information (D channel).
The DigitalMode statement is required for ISDN configurations. If no DigitalMode statement is provided in ISDN configurations, an ISDN_BAD_NAI error may be returned - even if the NAI statement is correct. DigitalMode defaults to CAS.
