SccpMgmtInit

Description

Initializes the management API and provides access to the TX Series device driver.

Prototype

SCCP_STATUS SccpMgmtInit (U8 board, U8 srcEnt, U8 srcInst )
board The TX Series board number to which this request is directed.
srcEnt The calling application's entity ID (see Section 2.2). If the same application uses both the transaction API and the management API, separate entity IDs must be specified when the 2 APIs are initialized.
srcInst The calling application's instance ID (see Section 2.2).

Return Values

SCCP_SUCCESS
SCCP_BOARDThe board number is out of range.
SCCP_DRIVERAn error occurred accessing the driver.
SCCP_INSTANCEThe instance ID is out of range.
SCCP_TOOMANYToo many applications have initialized the board concurrently.

Details

This function must be called before any other management API primitives are called.
