ISUPConnectResp
Description
- Signals the far exchange that an incoming call has been answered.

- SiConEvnt *conEvnt)
- board The TX Series board number to which this request is destined.
- spId The ISUP sap ID to which the caller is bound.
- suInstId Service user instance ID - Caller's reference number associated with this connection; this number will be passed on all subsequent events associated with this connection. Its use and meaning are relevant only to the application.
- spInstId Service provider instance ID - ISUP layer's reference number for this connection. This must be the spInstID value that was received from the ISUP layer in the connect indication event.
- circuit The circuit with which this message is associated.
- conEvnt Pointer to the caller's connect event structure containing all parameters (IEs) to be included in the ANSWER (CONNECT) message.

Details
- ISUPConnectResp generates an Answer (ANM) or Connect (ITU-T only) message to the far exchange.
