ISUPResumeReq
Description
- Resumes a suspended connection (cancels timer T2) and sends a RESUME message to the far exchange.

- SiResmEvnt *resmEvnt )
- board The TX Series board number to which this request is destined.
- spId The ISUP sap ID to which the caller is bound.
- suInstId Service user instance ID - Caller's reference number associated with this connection.
- spInstId Service provider instance ID - ISUP layer's reference number for this connection. This must be the spInstID value that was received from the ISUP layer in a previous indication event.
- circuit The circuit with which this message is associated.
- suspEvnt Pointer to the caller's resume event structure containing all parameters (IEs) to be included in the message to the far exchange.
