Description

Sends an NSAP configuration buffer to the TX board and blocks while awaiting a response.

cfg Pointer to NSAP structure to send.
sapID ISUP service access point.

Return Values

ISUP_SUCCESS
ISUP_UNBOUNDApplication failed to call isupInitMgmtAPI prior to this call.
ISUP_BOARDThe board number is out of range.
ISUP_DRIVERAn error occurred accessing the driver.
ISUP_FAILEDThe task on the TX board returned a failure.
