Developer Support engineers are available Monday through Friday. To assist the engineer who answers your call, please make sure to do the following: Write down what you were doing when the problem occurred, listing the steps you followed before the problem occurred and the exact text of any error messages displayed on your screen. Know which NMS telephony boards are installed in your system including the AG board model number, part number, revision number, and serial number (i.e., model AG-8, P/N 2450, rev. D5, S/N 19564). The last three items are on a single sticker on the back of the board. Have some knowledge of the computer you are using including the type of the computer, the speed of the processor, the amount of memory (RAM), and the operating system and its version number. Know which version of NMS drivers and software you have installed and the names, sizes, and creation dates of any files that were downloaded from the NMS web site. Be prepared to submit by fax or e-mail, copies of configuration files and diagnostic files such as ag.cfg, ag.rpt, agerror.log, cta.cfg, and applicable code fragments from your application.
