Description:
- This function initializes the resource definition structure as described by the input parameters.
Prototype:
- short TxVpdResDef (TXVPD_RES *def,
unsigned short resource,
unsigned char hw_type,
unsigned char hw_num,
unsigned char protocol );
- def Resource definition structure to be initialized.
- resource Resource number being defined.
- hw_type Type of physical hardware to which resource applies.
- hw_num Hardware number (SCC number).
- protocol Level-1 protocol that will be used on this resource.
Details
- In addition to the fields previously listed, the function sets up the resource definition as a shared resource. The connection type is set based on the indicated physical hardware type.
