TxVpdControl
Description:
- Specifies the message trace level placed in each request issued by the Virtual Port library.
Prototype:
- short TxVpdControl (unsigned char msgtrc);
- msgtrc Trace level to apply to messages.
Return Values:
- The function alters the message trace level used in all future requests issued by the configuration API.
Details
- The indicated message trace level is placed in each request passed to the communications processor. The communications processor generates an internal log entry whenever it receives (or transmits) a message with a non-zero trace level.
- The application must break trace levels down further for tracing messages received from the communications processor.
