About This Manual


The AG 4000C Installation & Developer's Manual explains how to configure and install an AG 4000C board, and how to verify that it has been installed correctly and is operating correctly. It also provides some general information about developing an application that uses this telephony board.

This manual is targeted to developers of telephony and voice applications who are using the AG 4000C board with CT Access. This manual defines telephony terms where applicable, but assumes that the reader is familiar with telephony concepts, switching, and the C programming language.
