Welcome to ActiveAG: a software tool that makes it both much easier and much faster to develop computer-based telephony systems. Even though ActiveAG gives you the development speed and ease-of-use you expect from ActiveX controls, it still presents you with the full power of your telephony hardware.

ActiveAG is based on Natural MicroSystems’ CT Access Software Development Kit (SDK). This foundation allows ActiveAG to provide you with a way to develop truly open computer-telephony applications. Please see the Supported hardware topic for a discussion of what telephony hardware can be used with ActiveAG. Systems built with ActiveAG can serve from 1 up to 96 telephone lines.

ActiveAG can be used to build almost any type of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system or fax-based application. Future versions of ActiveAG will have support for MVIP switching and text-to-speech.
