CleardownToneCount property
This property sets the number of times a cadenced cleardown tone must be detected before cleardown is considered valid. For
continuous cleardown tones, this should be set to zero. Since cleardown detection
properties only apply when a line is opened, changing them after the line has
been opened will have no effect.
